Goals to be accomplished by the end of summer. (Aug 14 we will say)

1) LAYOUT

2) DOUBLE

3) NEEDLE

4) STANDING TUCK

5) SIX PACK.

6) Nice legs

7) Smaller bum

Train every day. I need to start working hard, I am better then sr. next season I am going open

First comp of the year.

Highlights : hitting that stunt sequence without having a stunt group in warm up and actually pulling all my tumbling for the first time ever.

Dear future teams: if your going to wear a half top you better be good. It is an unestablished cheer rule, also scorpions are only pretty if they don’t look like bugle chips.

Coaches it’s go time. No more fluff, I watched 3 mini teams hit our stunt sequence. I wan’t hard skills, not my fault if other tops can’t do it, make the sacrifice.

But hey 3/3 first’s today ‘ain’t bad at all!

And to my little Mini Babies that I coached, great job I am so proud <3

First Competetion in two days?

My God I just died.

Praying to the cheer gods we pull together in practice today <3

Beautiful.

Beautiful.

D.L

In life it is rare to actually see fundamental change. However one person (D.L) has not only shown change as a person but has changed me. He is the inspiration for this entire page, his words of wisdom helped me determine where my path was. This blog is to share them with the rest of you die hard cheerleaders who are at the gym more then your own house; and to inspire you too.

Rules of Dave

1) Never respond “I know”. Clearly you don’t because unless your that vain or cocky if you knew I wouldn’t have to tell you. Say ok, and change it.

2) When your out on the mat, regardless of why there’s 35 spotlights out there, they can all shine on one person. Or you can find your moments, grab them and make the lights shine on you.

3) If that doesn’t work…punch your top in the face. That always gets attention.

4) When you find that spot light don’t let it leave. Make the lights shine on you.

finally

5) Pressure makes diamonds; you can choose to be a chump or a champ.

6) Compeate to preform; or preform to compeate. But one without the other is wrong.
